PU panel, also known as polyurethane sandwich panel, polyurethane composite panel, polyurethane energy-saving panel. This product uses polyurethane rigid foam as the double metal surface of the insulation layer. Commonly used surface materials are galvanized steel, stainless steel, embossed aluminum, etc. We can recommend different materials according to the different demand of customers.
 

1.Size: the standard width of PU sandwich panel will be 960mm, the length can be customized, we suggest to produce length of 2900mm,5900mm or 11800mm, to suit the shipping container of 20GP, 40GP or 40HC.
2.Density: Foamed by high pressure with density of 38-42 kg/m3, the thermal insulation is good.
3.Material: Polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer skins and hence is known as PU sandwich panels. we are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in variegated specifications...Those two layers are available in profile with zinc-coated, galvanized steel, embossed aluminum, stainless steel, or other material sheets.
